Refund Policy

MemeGamers uses print-on-demand. Each item is made after you order it, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, the wrong size, or a color that looks different on your screen.

Damaged, defective, or lost orders

If your item arrives damaged, is printed wrong, or never shows up, email us at contact@memegamers.com.

Please include:

• your order number
• a short description of the problem
• clear photos of the item and the packaging, if it arrived damaged or defective

We’ll contact our print partner. If they approve the claim, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Timeframe

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. For packages marked delivered that you never received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as you can. Once production has started, we usually can’t cancel it.
